This class focuses on the Communications Library and Top Producer Action Plans.  Students will learn how to modify Top Producer templates for e-mails and letters, and save them into a Personal Category.  Next, they will be shown how to create their own Action Plans, based upon those that come with Top Producer.  Agents will learn about Top Producer's email, and will shown the features and benefits of using the built-in email within the program.  This class also shows how to implement and maintain an Action Plan once it is created.  Finally, students will learn how to create mass mailings and e-mails that are personalized.
